This package is for yearly maintenance of the licenses for premium plugins and services on sites built by Attic Light Studio.
For maintenance of sites built by other agencies or developers, please contact us for a quote.
Peace of Mind
Your site will be secured against many forms of online attacks, monitored for vulnerabilities and downtime, and automatically kept up-to-date. Should something happen to your site, it can be quickly restored from a full off-site monthly backup. We run multiple tests to assure that your site is running fast and is accessible to all your viewers. This includes 1 hour a month for all these services, normally costing $1,250.00.

Attic Light Studio maintains a catalog of plugins and services for optimization, speed, social, security, and backup.
Purchasing these would cost over $4,000.00 per year and require that you sign up for multiple services.
Should you cancel your Yearly Maintenance Package, those plugins will continue to work but will no longer receive updates, and you may need to purchase new licenses.
The Little Details
There are lots of little technical things that need to be done for a website to function properly. Your site will get a custom favicon, your connections to analytics will be double-checked and optimized, your forms will be checked to make sure they aren’t being marked as spam. We’ll check to see if any of your links are broken and that your images are optimized. We’ll let you know if there’s anything big that comes up in our results. This report is a $250.00 value.
Yearly Maintenance Package Features
- Plugin and Service Library: You’ll have access to our collection of premium plugins and useful services, with all licensing handled by us.
- Cleanup: We won’t judge the mess. But we will clean up leftover files in your site, like old backups or unused files.
- Security Upgrades: Two-factor authentication, login obfuscation URL, updating default users and passwords, install web firewall with protection against multiple hacking methods. We’ll get you the security methods that are right for your site.
- Security Monitoring: Includes 24-hour uptime monitoring, automatic updates, visual and DNS monitoring.
- Image Optimization: Images on the site will be optimized for file size and quality via a CDN. Where appropriate, images will be converted to .WEBP format, the latest generation of image format, which will save file size and rendering time for your entire site.
- Speed: Our included speed optimization plugins will make your site load lightning fast, increasing your SEO and customer satisfaction. We turn off all the unnecessary bits and load a premium caching tool to reduce the stress on your server, and serve up webpages even faster.
- Updates: Your site and plugins will be entered into our regular update schedule as stable versions are released to give you the latest features and keep your site secure.
- Broken Link Checks: Our little robot helper will find any broken links and let you know where they are. He works all the time so even new pages will get checked.
- Backups: Sometimes things go wrong, and should something happen, we’ll be able to get you back on your feet. Your entire site will be backed up off-site monthly. This includes 1 disaster recovery a year.
- Emergencies: Occasionally something breaks. Attic Light is on standby and provides up to 2 hours per month to fix or work with the host on unexpected problems like DNS outages, broken pages or images, broken plugins, or updates gone awry. This does not include creating new content or editing existing content like spelling mistakes.
- Sharing: We’ll add sharing buttons to your pages so users can easily spread the word. We can also set up your blog or news to automatically publish to your social media platforms.
- Design Options: If you’re tired of the simple word processor, we can add new design modules to the block editor to really increase the wow factor.
- Double Check: We’ve got a big list of settings and tests we run through for every site we maintain. We’ll run through that same checklist for you and let you know if there’s anything that needs to be addressed.
- Billed Yearly: This price is locked in for as long as you continue the contract. Recommendations: If we come across anything that’s blatantly out of place, we’ll let you know with our recommendations.
